Single Complete Setup Base systems are comprised of:
Base system configurations are recommended for short term studies within the animal husbandry cycle. Once a study is terminated, the equipment can be cleaned, and a new set of animals can be placed in the system ready for the next study. The limitations of this type of system are apparent when running longer term studies. Without a second set of cages and hardware, the study will have to be interrupted and your animals will have to be placed in temporary housing while the equipment is being cleaned. Consider upgrading to an Enhanced BioDAQ system. |
