Open Source Diets are NOT for human consumption. The only
warranty made by Research Diets, Inc (“RDI”) is that products and
services will conform to written specifications. No warranty of any
kind is made with regard to delivery of goods or services. Due to
the nature of our products and services, returns of conforming
goods cannot be accepted. RDI will, at its election, replace
materials or services, or refund the purchase price of materials or
services that do not so conform, subject to deviation within
accepted industry standards. The only remedy for breach of this
warranty will be to require RDI either to supply replacement
product or to refund the purchase price, at RDI’s election. As a
condition of this warranty, all non conformities must be reported to
RDI in writing upon discovery, but in no case later than 14 days
after shipment, and must be verified independently by RDI.
